About Passion Fruit Solutions
Passion Fruit Solutions is an operations and talent solutions agency that helps U.S.-based companies build reliable
teams, strengthen internal systems, and operate more efficiently. Our content supports both the Passion Fruit
Solutions company brand and the personal brand presence of our CEO, Laura Cruz.
The purpose of our content is to build authority, attract prospective clients, demonstrate the value of our work,
showcase our team and solutions, and attract talented professionals who may want to work with us.
About the Role
We are seeking an organized, creative, and highly proactive Content Manager & Creative Coordinator to own the
content production and publishing workflow from planning through scheduling.
- This role works closely with Pía, our internal AI content agent in Slack. Pía is trained on our brand guidelines, brand
- strategy, target audiences, voice, and five content pillars. Pía supports ideation, first drafts, scripts, repurposing, and
- brand-alignment reviews. The Content Manager adds human judgment, creative direction, quality control,
- organization, and follow-through.
- This is not a video editing or graphic design position.
- We already work with a media production company that creates the final videos, carousels, and visual assets. The
- Content Manager is responsible for giving that team strong briefs, scripts, source materials, visual direction,
- feedback, and approvals so each asset is completed correctly and on time.
- Primary Objective
- Maintain at least one full month of strategically planned, approved, designed, edited, and scheduled content in
- advance, while ensuring that the established publishing cadence is followed consistently across every assigned
- channel.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning and Strategy Execution
- • Collaborate with Pía to develop monthly themes, campaigns, content ideas, and editorial calendars.
- • Translate business goals into content that supports client acquisition, authority building, recruiting, and company culture.
Ensure every idea and draft aligns with the appropriate brand, audience, voice, and content pillar.
- • Maintain an organized calendar that remains at least 30 days ahead.
- • Follow the publication frequency established for Instagram, the website, and any future channels.
- Creative Direction and Production Coordination
- • Create complete creative briefs for the media production company.
- • Select the photographs, B-roll, interviews, testimonials, and video clips to be used in each asset.
- • Provide scripts, hooks, captions, calls to action, visual references, on-screen text, and editing notes.
- • Review drafts and edited assets, request revisions, and follow through until the final version is approved.
- • Ensure lower-thirds, speaker names, job titles, company names, subtitles, banners, captions, and other visual details are correct and consistent with the brand.
- • Identify the strongest sections of longer interviews or testimonials and remove unnecessary pauses, repetition, or off-topic content through clear editing direction.
Content Management and Repurposing
- • Turn client testimonials, team interviews, event footage, photographs, B-roll, case studies, and blog posts into multiple pieces of content.
- • Develop content for the Passion Fruit Solutions company pages and the CEO's personal brand presence.
- • Create strategic combinations of authority content, educational content, proof and testimonials, team stories, company culture, recruiting content, and promotional content.
- • Organize and maintain the existing content library so that useful footage and images are easy to locate and reuse.
Publishing and Scheduling
- • Upload and schedule approved posts on the correct platform, date, and time.
- • Verify captions, formatting, links, thumbnails, tags, mentions, subtitles, and calls to action before scheduling.
- • Track each asset through planning, production, revision, approval, scheduling, and publication.
- • Prevent missed publication dates, inconsistent posting, and last-minute production whenever reasonably possible.
Blog Content
- • Receive blog topics from leadership and use Pía to support the first draft.
- • Review and edit each article for accuracy, structure, clarity, tone, and brand alignment.
- • Coordinate formatting, design, website upload, and publication.
- • Repurpose each article into multiple posts for Instagram and other relevant channels.
Channels and Brands
- • Passion Fruit Solutions on Instagram
- • Laura Cruz's personal profile as CEO of Passion Fruit Solutions
- • The Passion Fruit Solutions website and blog
- • Additional channels introduced as the content strategy evolves
Required Qualifications
- • Excellent written English and strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- • Experience managing social media content, editorial calendars, or content production workflows.
- Strong creative judgment and the ability to improve AI-generated drafts rather than publishing them without
- review.
- • Experience coordinating designers, video editors, media teams, or other creative contributors.
- • Ability to write clear creative briefs and provide specific, actionable feedback.
- • Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
- • Ability to work independently and follow through without constant supervision.
- • Comfort using AI tools as part of a professional content workflow.
- • Understanding of social media content formats and best practices, including Instagram.
- • Reliable internet connection and consistent communication through Slack.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience creating or managing content for B2B service companies.

• Remote contractor engagement with a flexible schedule.
• Approximately 15 hours of availability per week on average.
• Monthly retainer of US$500.
• Work is measured primarily by ownership, consistency, quality, organization, and delivery of the agreed content calendar.
• Regular communication will take place through Slack and the company's project management system.
