Responsibilities
- ✓Support marketing projects to meet agreed timelines and priorities
- ✓Assist with website updates (basic content edits, landing page copy, blogs, SEO updates)
- ✓Create and schedule social media content (copy, visuals, repurposing, posting rhythm)
- ✓Support founder profile content and posting (multiple accounts)
- ✓Help coordinate social media presence across channels (comments, DMs triage, engagement support)
- ✓Track performance metrics, build simple weekly reports, and highlight insights
- ✓Work with the Client Acquisition Lead to support lead generation activities (organic only)
- ✓Organise assets, briefs, and tasks using Asana, and coordinate day-to-day communication on WhatsApp and Slack
Desired Skills, Experience And Attributes
- ✓1+ year experience in marketing, content, or social media (internship or full-time)
- ✓Hands-on experience using LinkedIn (posting, basic content strategy, engagement)
- ✓Strong learning agility (our number 1 trait), you adapt fast and enjoy new tools and markets
- ✓Strong written English (spoken and written), with good copywriting fundamentals
- ✓Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities with clear organisation
- ✓Creative thinker with a practical, solution-focused mindset
- ✓Collaborative, communicative, and easy to work with, humour welcome
- ✓Familiarity with tools like Canva, basic SEO, website content editing, email marketing, CRM basics, and content scheduling tools
- ✓You use AI tools confidently (or you learn quickly and apply them daily)
- ✓Comfortable working across UK and USA time zones when needed
- ✓Confident with WhatsApp, Slack, Google Meet, and Asana
