Content Marketing Manager

Position Description

The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing CORAL’s brand and storytelling to life across digital and print channels. Working closely with the Associate Director of Brand & Communications, this position owns CORAL’s content marketing strategy through social media, email marketing, website management, graphic design, and creative production.

This role ensures that every piece of content reflects CORAL’s voice, visual identity, and mission while engaging supporters, partners, and the global conservation community. Success in this role requires strong creative skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent project management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys both creative work and operational excellence – equally comfortable designing compelling graphics, publishing web content, building marketing emails, coordinating freelancers, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to completion. Beyond executing day-to-day marketing activities, the Content Marketing Manager is expected to bring curiosity, creativity, and innovation to the role. This position continually looks for opportunities to strengthen CORAL’s marketing efforts by testing new ideas, improving existing programs, exploring emerging technologies, and identifying ways to grow our audience and deepen engagement. Whether expanding the Ambassador Program, experimenting with AI tools, or identifying new storytelling approaches, this role helps ensure CORAL’s marketing remains fresh, effective, and forward-thinking.

  • Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot, including audience segmentation and optimization to maintain and improve email engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct and report on A/B testing of subject lines, send times, messaging, calls-to-action, layouts, and other content to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Brand & Communications to review performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, appropriate AI tools, platform updates, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas that help CORAL remain an industry leader.
