Team Summary The B2B Content function is an integral part of SQUAD's Brand & Marketing Department, serving as a centralized content engine that effectively supports global B2B marketing, sales enablement, and corporate brand positioning. Our primary objective is to position SQUAD as a premier engineering partner in areas such as Edge AI, Embedded Systems, IoT, Cloud, and Smart Cameras. We aim to drive lead generation through the creation of high-impact assets, build executive thought leadership, and provide comprehensive support to sales teams with digital collateral. Our expertise lies in B2B Technical Copywriting, Website & SEO Content Growth, and Thought Leadership & Social Media Marketing. We prioritize full end-to-end ownership of projects, agile planning with 2-week backlogs, and uphold high engineering standards through rigorous self-editing practices. Additionally, we foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve our goals effectively. Job Summary The Content Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in transforming complex technological concepts into compelling narratives. This position serves as a bridge between technical innovation and strategic communication, focusing on crafting content that effectively engages B2B audiences, supports product adoption, and drives market growth. Responsibilities and Duties Own and execute content strategy across the entire buyer journey Create high-impact marketing assets, including website copy, blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts Translate complex technical concepts (AI, smart cameras, embedded systems) into digestible content Support ABM campaigns, demand gen initiatives, and thought leadership programs Collaborate with internal experts to extract insights and testimonials Manage the editorial calendar and optimize content for SEO Repurpose long-form content for social, PR, podcasts, and newsletters Partner effectively with design, web, SEO, and sales teams Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated ability to comprehend and distill complex technical concepts related to smart security, embedded hardware, or AI vision Established portfolio of content, including blogs and whitepapers, specifically aimed at decision-makers Proven experience writing for a variety of audiences, including technical buyers and executives, across multiple formats Expertise in SEO best practices and utilization of keyword tools Experience in ghostwriting for executives or contributing to PR/media initiatives Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation while upholding high editorial standards Strong storytelling skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, and adaptability in a dynamic environment Advanced command of the English language We offer multiple benefits, that include The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture and an individual approach to each team member Competitive compensation and perks.
