Content Producer Our new R&D team at Headway Inc is hiring a Content Producer who can create and scale content fast: text, visuals, video, onboarding flows, audio, and more. That’s why, together with Oleksandr Doniev , we’re looking for a Content Producer who can quickly create large volumes of different types of content: from text to visuals and video, helping us shape and scale future mobile and web products. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, loves experimentation, and can combine creativity with strong execution What team will you be a part of? This is our new R&D! We’re in silent mode, but we’re really excited about this idea! What will you do: Create or manage the production of in-app content for MVPs and full-scale products: illustrations, videos, audio, onboarding flows, and screen copy. Work with AI tools to scale content production workflows Build and improve automated content creation processes to increase speed, scalability, and quality. Collaborate closely with product, growth, and design teams to quickly test and launch new ideas. Adapt content production workflows for different product formats, audiences, and experimentation needs. Ensure content quality while operating in a fast-moving, high-volume production environment. What do you need to join us: Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows Strong project management and communication skills. Deep expertise in at least one area: copywriting, editing, video production, or 3D production. Ability to move fast, prioritize progress over perfection, and work well in ambiguity. Curiosity, ownership, and the ability to quickly dive into new topics and figure things out independently. English — Upper Intermediate+. Nice-to-have: Experience working with different content formats (text, video, visuals, and audio) with a strong eye for content quality. Product mindset and understanding of how content impacts user experience and business goals. Basic understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision making.
