Explore Life at BDO here What You'll Do Content & Brand Communication Create, edit, and proofread engaging written and visual content for social media, newsletters, articles, and marketing campaigns, including short-form digital content and simple video assets where required Collaborate with internal teams to translate business updates into clear, compelling content Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and quality across all materials Support the creation of visual content through basic photography, videography, and video editing where required Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Implement and support the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement Monitor performance and audience interaction to improve content effectiveness SEO & Website Management Conduct keyword research and support SEO optimisation to improve organic traffic and search visibility Maintain and update website content using a CMS Ensure all digital content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards Marketing Coordination Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager to support campaigns and broader marketing initiatives Coordinate content delivery, timelines, and approvals across teams Support marketing operations, including email communication and campaign coordination What We're Looking For Strong written communication skills in English with excellent attention to detail 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or content creation Basic photography, videography, and/or video editing skills would be considered an asset Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling and brand building Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn Education A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Strong writing ability and demonstrated communication skills are essential About us BDO Malta provides audit, tax, and advisory services to a diverse range of local and international clients.
