CPR Façade Upgrade Specialists (CPR Group) | Full time | Remote (international applicants welcome) | Sydney hours, 9:00am to 5:30pm AEST, Monday to Friday | Australian public holiday calendar
About CPR GroupCPR Façade Upgrade Specialists is a 36-year-old, family-run forensic façade remediation company. Our founder is still our Director, our home is North Parramatta in Sydney, and we work across NSW, QLD and the ACT, trusted by strata communities with more than 400 successful façade remediation projects delivered on time and on budget.
You'll be joining a highly talented, medium-sized team of around 20 people spanning engineering, architecture, software development, drone operations and more. CPR Group is scaling across multiple brands: CPR (forensic façade consultancy and remediation), SNL (scaffold-free access technology) and new brands launching over the next 12 months. This is considered, high-value B2B: our projects can exceed $1 million, and our marketing has to earn the trust that kind of decision deserves.
The opportunityThis seat owns what CPR Group says and where it says it. Working from strategic briefs set at senior level, you'll draft blogs, SEO and AI-search articles, captions and channel content with AI as your production engine, then run every social channel so the brands show up consistently, credibly and often.
This is B2B content with real stakes: our audiences are strata committees, building managers and engineers making considered decisions on projects that can exceed $1 million. The writing has to build trust, not chase trends, and the channels have to run like clockwork: LinkedIn serious and educational, Meta engaging and human, Reddit authentic, YouTube working hard.
Why now- Marketing is being rebuilt and relaunched, bigger and better than before, and you'll help shape it from the ground up
- Serious recent investment in HubSpot as our source of truth across marketing and sales, with streamlined workflows and real AI capability
- A global-standard team: we hire the best talent wherever it lives, working together as one team on Sydney time
- Upskilling is genuinely supported: we back our people's growth
What you'll own- Written content: blogs, SEO and AEO articles, EDM copy support and channel captions, drafted with AI to strategic briefs and polished to brand tone
- All social channels: LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and Reddit (Reddit matters to us), with TikTok on the horizon; scheduling, publishing and channel hygiene
- Engagement: monitor, route and respond to comments and messages within agreed turnarounds; keep community signals flowing back to the team
- Repurposing: every hero asset (video, report, project story) converted into a channel content set that works harder
- Search visibility: content built to rank on Google and be cited by AI answers, using HubSpot's AI tools and an SEO toolkit (SEMrush or similar)
What you'll bring- Genuine AI-first workflow: you already work with AI tools daily as a core part of how you produce, and can show us how (we will ask)
- A genuine grasp of B2B content: tone of voice, longer buyer journeys and the trust-building that considered, high-value services demand; background around construction, property, mining, machinery, manufacturing or distribution is a real advantage
- Proven multi-channel social management: you've run brand channels end to end, not just posted to them
- Sharp written English with the judgement to move between a serious LinkedIn article and an engaging Meta post without losing the brand
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder skills: you keep internal and external stakeholders aligned and informed without being asked
- Operational reliability: a content calendar in your hands ships on time, every time
- Fluent professional English, written and spoken, and reliable full-time availability on Sydney hours
Bonus points- SEMrush or similar SEO tooling familiarity
- Reddit community experience (organic or managed)
- Video caption and short-form editing skills
What we offer- Full-time remote role on Sydney hours (9:00am to 5:30pm AEST), observing the Australian public holiday calendar
- Direct partnership with an experienced growth leader: sharp strategy, fast decisions, real ownership in a fast-paced environment without the politics
- AI-first ways of working: you'll use the best AI tools available as a core part of the role, not on the side
- Clear KPIs from day one, with a defined 6-month review point tied to salary and/or bonus
- Close connection to the Sydney head office through daily production rhythm and weekly team sessions; you'll know the business, the projects and the people
- A seat at the table as the brand portfolio grows: these roles are built to grow into leadership of their function
