We've run a profitable business from day one without raising venture funding. The Role As a Content Strategist, you will define and elevate our brand’s presence across the AI ecosystem. You’ll help the world understand where Surge fits in: right at the intersection of brilliant humans and breakthrough AI. You’ll craft stories that shift how people see AI and show how human creativity fuels the intelligence of the future. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a content strategy that tells Surge’s story across web, blog, and campaigns Turn complex technical ideas into sharp, memorable narratives that resonate Build and evolve our voice to be confident, curious, and unmistakably human Collaborate with leadership to shape how Surge shows up across the AI landscape Use insights and data to guide creative direction and measure what works Create content that informs and delights, from thought leadership to brand storytelling What We’re Looking for Experience defining and executing content strategies, ideally in tech, AI, or fast-moving startups A storyteller with range who can write with both clarity and personality A deep curiosity for how AI works and how humans make it smarter Strong editorial instincts and an eye for tone, structure, and detail A creative thinker who blends strategic precision with imaginative storytelling
