Role Description The Content Strategist role at Lemonet is a full-time, remote position focused on designing and executing content strategies that build off-page authority and drive organic visibility. In this role, you will plan and manage content initiatives across digital channels, align content themes with SEO and AI search objectives, and collaborate with marketing and growth teams to support campaign goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audience and keyword research, defining content calendars, briefing and guiding writers, reviewing content for quality and strategic alignment, and optimizing existing assets for performance. You will also monitor content metrics, report on outcomes, and continuously refine the strategy based on data, industry trends, and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Content Strategy and Content Development skills to plan, structure, and evolve authority-focused content programs.
• Candidates should possess Content Management skills to organize workflows, maintain content libraries, and ensure timely delivery across channels.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and search-optimized content when needed.
• Experience with SEO fundamentals, off-page authority building, and familiarity with AI-driven search or AEO is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret analytics, report on content performance, and make data-informed recommendations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Prior experience in a content, marketing, or digital strategy role; agency or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
