About the role Support components of the analysis, design, documentation, development, implementation and post implementation support of various systems and operational processes across LWB. This is a parental leave maximum term full time position through to February 2027 and offers the flexibility to work from your preferred location in Australia, whether that is your home or one of our offices. Key responsibilities Assist with project briefs and change management plans. Assist with facilitation of workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather business requirements, develop specifications and manage expectations as well as gain post implementation review assessment. Document processes and procedures, testing, user guides, communications, project risks, gap analysis, and system and process changes/improvement. Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver key systems, processes and documentation that aligns with business objectives and strategy. Support analytics to develop clear and concise business solution options, recommendations and specifications. Champion LWB best practice approaches to business process capture and management and data management throughout LWB Actively contribute to the on-going development of business process automation, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in UiPath, AWS and MS Power Platform. Support the implementation, management, and operations of the virtual (RPA) workforce including deployment across various user cases. Participate in planning and execution of system and integration testing in conjunction with the SMEs and operational staff. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technology and make recommendations to resolve business issues and pain points and to improve plans, processes and procedures. Support the development of benefit analysis, costings, resource requirements and timeframe identification to assist in prioritisation of activities to optimise delivery of initiatives Support the business and end users with information and guidance about new features and functionality. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in virtual workforce or process automation, using tools such as RPA, machine learning or other automation tools. Experience with governance, documentation frameworks and protocols relating to automation tools. Experience in engaging business users to quantify issues and capture business requirements. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting issues quickly and identifying and analysing solutions in a timely manner. Understanding of project and change management principles and tools. Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to consider strategic implications of decisions. The ability to partner with a range of stakeholders including managers, peers, employees, external organisations, service providers Exposure to and experience using a variety of tools and programs to support project implementation, including Miro, Power BI, MS Forms and / or Jira Product Discovery.
