The Role
A hands-on, high-ownership role where you will:
- Manage full lifecycle execution of commercial and federal prime contracts and subcontracts.
- Draft, redline, and negotiate NDAs, T&Cs, subcontracts, BOAs, and teaming agreements.
- Apply FAR/DFARS flowdowns, conduct price/cost analysis, and mitigate operational/IP risk.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, finance, and engineering to solve contract issues.
- Support proposal generation and manage subcontractor performance through contract closeout.
The Essential Requirements
- 5+ years experience executing & administering end-end U.S. federal government contracts and subcontracts.
- Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and price/cost analysis techniques.
- Proven track record negotiating contract terms and managing full lifecycle agreements.
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
