Contract Analyst I & II – Clinical Research

Location: Poland – Remote

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global clinical research organisation that is looking for an experienced Contract Analyst to join its clinical trial contracting and budgeting team in Poland.

This is a remote opportunity offering responsibility for the development, negotiation and execution of clinical trial agreements and site budgets at country level. You will work closely with Study Start-Up and Clinical Operations teams to ensure sites progress efficiently through contracting and budgeting and are ready to enroll in line with study timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, negotiate, administer and execute Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and associated site budgets.
  • Support and oversee country-level budget development, including the establishment of appropriate budget parameters.
  • Manage site contract and budget negotiations to support timely site activation and enrolment.
  • Work closely with Study Start-Up, Clinical Operations and contracting/budgeting teams to improve study start-up performance.
  • Review budget and contracting data against established parameters and fair market value guidance.
  • Act as an escalation point for budget negotiations that fall outside agreed parameters.
  • Identify potential contracting or budgeting delays and proactively implement solutions.
  • Track negotiation timelines and ensure contractual deliverables remain aligned with study start-up plans.
  • Support process improvements and help maintain consistent contracting and budgeting standards across clinical trial portfolios.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support contracting and budgeting decisions.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent).
  • 4+ years' experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO or relevant clinical research organisation.
  • At least 2 years' experience overseeing site contracting and budgeting activities.
  • Experience developing or managing country and/or site-level clinical trial budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of Clinical Trial Agreements, site budgets and contract negotiation.
  • Understanding of the principles behind country and site budgeting and contracting strategies.
  • Ability to interpret data and use it to support commercial and operational decisions.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

What's on Offer

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, international clinical research environment while working remotely from Poland. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of complex site contracting and budgeting activities, collaborate with global clinical operations teams and contribute to the efficient start-up of clinical trials.

A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package are available.
