As a Senior Contract Specialist at ICON, you will the development, negotiation, and management of contracts to support our clinical research initiatives. What You Will Do: You will contribute to contract management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including clinical trial agreements, service agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure that contracts align with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Providing guidance and expertise on contract terms and conditions to internal stakeholders and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate records of contracts and amendments, and tracking contract performance and compliance post-execution. Developing and implementing best practices for contract management and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. #LI-MC1 Your Profile: You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline Extensive experience in contract negotiation and management, ideally within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in contract management software and tools, along with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
