We are currently looking for the Contract & Claim Manager to join our team and help shaping future of energy infrastructure across Europe.

In our dynamic work environment across various projects you will be part of project team executing EPC projects. Your dedication and expertise in contract and project management play a crucial role in addressing the challenges of delivery of fast pace energy projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent analysis and evaluation of EPC contracts up to €50 million.
• Manage contract and claim administration for assigned projects, providing proactive commercial and contractual support from contract execution through project completion.
• Support Poject teams in managing variations, amendments, claims, additional scope including cost-benefit and risk assessments.
• Administer contracts in line with contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with key dates, payment milestones, liquidated damages provisions, bonds, securities, and claim timelines for both Employer and Contractor.
• Prepare, review, and manage contractual correspondence, claims, variation orders, payment applications, and documentation, ensuring due process and auditability.
• Act as the central coordination point for contract- and claim-related matters, supporting meetings, dispute prevention and resolution.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Law, or Business administration, or equivalent qualification – a must.
• Professional experience in contract and claim management or project management for projects, ideally in the construction sector.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with a structured and analytical working style.
• A structured, proactive personality with great communication skills.
• Business-level English language skills – a must.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a trusted sparring partner to project teams in deadline-driven environments.
• High ethical standards and integrity, fluent written and spoken English, strong MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments.
