About the opportunity Join QIAGEN's Commercial Operations team and play a key role in supporting the EMEA Sales organization through effective contract administration and data management. In this position, you will help maintain the accuracy and integrity of contract records, support compliance and reporting activities, and contribute to efficient business processes across the region. Working closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure that contract documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with established procedures. Your tasks include Managing and maintaining sales contract documentation, including signed agreements and supporting records. Reviewing contract terms, conditions, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Preparing contract summaries, reports, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders. Organizing, retrieving, and maintaining contract files, correspondence, attachments, and related records. Entering, validating, updating, and cleansing contract data within Salesforce (SFDC) and other business systems. Supporting contract compliance activities and monitoring adherence to internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assisting with inventory verification and other contract-related administrative activities as required. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Previous experience in contract administration, sales operations, commercial operations, customer support, or a related business environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM/business systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
