Contract Instructor

Opportunity Arise is seeking experienced, energetic, and professional Contract Instructors to facilitate virtual training and certification programs. As an Instructor, you will guide adult learners through client-specific course content, create an engaging virtual classroom experience, and help participants achieve certification success. Key Responsibilities Facilitate live virtual certification and training classes using Zoom and other online learning platforms. Deliver course content in an engaging, interactive, and professional manner. Foster learner participation and maintain a positive classroom environment. Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, feedback, and support. Administer quizzes, assessments, and attendance requirements in accordance with program guidelines. Communicate effectively with Learning, Operations, and Program teams. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all client and Arise requirements. Qualifications Previous experience facilitating virtual or classroom-based training. Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to engage adult learners in a virtual environment. Comfortable using technology such as Zoom, PowerPoint, and learning management systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently as a contractor while meeting project deadlines. Customer service, contact center, healthcare, financial services, or technical support experience is a plus.
