The ideal Business Affairs experience should include the following:

Reviewing, negotiating and drafting various types contracts/agreements (i.e., Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, vendor/purchase agreements, proposals, templates, etc.)
Legal analysis
Risk mitigation
Interfacing with internal stakeholders
Experience reviewing/working on a high/large volume of contracts with deadlines
Contract management
Juris Doctor- is a must
