Contract Operations Specialist

GFT is seeking a highly organized and independent Contract Operations Specialist to join our Administrative Support Center team! This role can be fully remote. What you’ll be challenged to do: As a Contract Operations Specialist, you will assist with contract data entry and maintenance in the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system of record, serving as a bridge between Business Development and Project Teams. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Develop and maintain QA/QC checklists and procedures for contract data entry and review. Identify and correct discrepancies or inconsistencies in contract documentation. Review, extract, and input contract documents and related materials in the CLM ensuring compliance with GFT policies. Collaborate with legal, business development, BG, and PFC on project development pipeline. Coordinate with Legal and project teams to administer the contract review, approval and execution process and ensure that contract records are complete and accurate in the CLM. Identify opportunities to improve contract workflows and data accuracy. Ensure adherence to internal policies, client requirements, and industry regulations. Assist in developing templates, checklists, and SOPs for contract administration. What you will bring to our firm: Bachelor's degree in related field or four (4) years of relevant experience in project accounting, project controls, proposals, or contracts. 2+ years of relevant experience in project controls, proposals, or contracts Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Good written and verbal communication and organization skills Ability to multi-task with close attention to detail Possess time-management skills and cooperative attitude to work under pressure What we prefer you bring: Experience in the Engineering, Architecture, or Construction industry Compensation: $50,000 - $54,000, Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location Featured Benefits: Hybrid (in-person and remote) work environment.
