ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES • Researches, sources, and develops prospects in assigned areas. • Performs data research to determine the best qualified contractors in candidate pool. • Ensures candidates meet/and or exceed qualifications by evaluating applications and interviews. • Monitors new hires to ensure receipt of paperwork and documentation during the contractor activation process. • Maintains company records in contractor software. • Develops and maintains strong contractor relations. • Works with other recruiters and management to meet specific goals and objectives. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). Travels as required. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience Three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Construction knowledge or insurance adjusting background preferred. Skills & Knowledge Ability to articulate program details to prospective contractors Strong statistical analysis skills Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills Excellent negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.
