Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals. Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $140,000 - $210,000 . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan of up to a 20% Bonus Target. Employment Logistics: The Contracts Management Senior Consultant, Territory Design & Network Strategy is responsible for the strategic design, optimization, and governance of OnTrac’s RSP territory network. This role leads territory planning, capacity modeling, carrier sourcing strategy, and network redesign initiatives to support sustainable service performance, scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term network resiliency. This position also supports contract development, negotiation, lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation while partnering across Procurement, Sales, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Onboarding teams. The Must-Haves: 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Expert understanding of industry principles and terminology Knowledge of standard office software and technologies Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism ​​It is the responsibility of every position to understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and to conduct their activities accordingly.​ Your Mission in Motion: A summary of key responsibilities for the role is outlined below. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives. Territory design, optimization & governance: Lead territory design, optimization, governance, route restructuring, and geographic realignment initiatives across the RSP network. Facility launches, capacity & peak readiness: Support facility launches and develop capacity strategies and peak-readiness plans that promote scalability, service performance, and network resiliency. Carrier strategy & risk management: Partner on carrier sourcing and recruitment strategies while managing carrier concentration and leverage risks. Network analysis & investment planning: Analyze network performance, identify optimization opportunities, and develop business cases for network investments and design changes. Transformation support & executive recommendations: Provide cross-functional support for technology, onboarding, and operational transformation initiatives while delivering executive reporting and strategic recommendations related to network design and performance. Contract development & negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and licensing arrangements, ensuring alignment with business needs through partnership with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Contract compliance & risk mitigation: Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; identify contractual risks, provide clear stakeholder guidance, and proactively address performance or compliance issues. Contract lifecycle, standards & governance: Maintain a centralized contract repository, manage contract lifecycle processes, and develop standard templates, playbooks, and best practices for contract management. Audits, reviews & reporting: Monitor contract performance and compliance while supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and internal contract reporting. The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
