This team ensures Hopelink’s compliance with regulations, standards, and contractual requirements affecting Brokerage Transportation as well as managing the relationships with contract holders, internal departments, and vendors. This position is a Service Critical Employee with specific attendance requirements: Employee must manage own transportation needs in adverse weather, including possible limitations to public transportation options. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to our business and to this position. Examples of what you will be doing: Manages, assigns, coordinates, and evaluates the work of Contracts Specialists; inspires team to drive operational improvement and organizational alignment with regulations and standards. Serves as liaison and relationship manager with governmental agencies, medical facilities, service providers, vendors, and contract holders regarding contract compliance and monitoring. Regularly reviews Brokerage’s business practices and team’s performance to ensure compliance with pertinent regulations and contractual requirements. Oversee and perform contract administration duties, including preparation and revision of contracts, summaries of contract requirements, collaboration with Hopelink and contractor staff to ensure compliance, and maintenance of contract files. Lead targeted outreach initiatives to strengthen relationships with medical facilities and community-based organizations, enhance awareness of NEMT services, and improve equitable access to transportation and healthcare. Oversees subtractor compliance with licensing, insurance, and credentialing requirements; analyzes service partner performance, complaints, and operational trends; tracks and monitors Hopelink vehicle accident and incident reporting to the Health Care Authority (HCA).
