Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred. A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $68,000-$85,000 a nnually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. A Brief Overview: The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing contracts between the organization and Federal, State and Local government agencies. This role ensures compliance with regulations, drives contract performance, and facilitates communication between internal and external stakeholders. The Contracts Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful execution in accordance with contractual terms. Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to regulations, agency-specific guidelines, and organizational policies Monitor compliance with contract terms Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts. Develop and implement process automation for routine tasks, reducing manual work in ORCA while driving compliance for reporting. Provide guidance and training to the sales and sales operations teams regarding contract obligations, including net new contracts. Track and evaluate contract performance metrics Address performance issues to ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations and client expectations. Ensure accurate reporting for contract deliverables Participate in quarterly program management reviews with government PMOs
