As a Controllership Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the controllership function. You will ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations, and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. You will report directly to our Sr. Director of Corporate Accounting, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, support business decision-making through financial analysis, and lead a team of controllership professionals to drive process improvements and efficiency.
