Controlling Manager

Our partner is a multinational IT services and SSC company with a rapidly growing software development organization in Budapest. We are looking for a Controlling Manager who will take financial ownership of a growing business area and act as a strategic finance partner to its leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Own the budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes for the IT organization.
• Monitor costs, revenues, profitability and productivity, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing, reporting and management analysis.
• Support project evaluations, business cases, hourly-rate calculations and intercompany financial processes.
• Partner closely with local management and international finance stakeholders on operational and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant FP&A, controlling or business finance experience.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills with a high level of independence.
• Confident English and experience working with senior stakeholders in an international environment.
• IT or service-industry experience is an advantage.
