Conversion Copywriter (100% REMOTE)

We're looking for a Conversion Copywriter who chases the exact word that gets someone to buy, then builds a system to find more of those words, faster. You'll write copy across landing pages, emails, and paid ads for DTC brands in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and CPG, using AI to clear the repetitive parts out of your way, not to write for you. The ideas, the psychology, the actual words, that stay yours.

You'll concept, test, and iterate constantly, with real data, world-class designers, and a growing library of what's already worked at your disposal.

• Write copy that drives measurable results: opens, clicks, signups, CVR lifts.
• Analyze performance data and iterate on your own copy based on what works.
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to shape testing frameworks (A/B, messaging angles, offers).
• Develop concepts and angles for Meta/Google ads, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Has strong AI skills, including knowing when NOT to use AI
