About the Role This is a hands-on role at the center of sales operations in an international industrial environment. You will help keep complex flows moving across equipment, components, technical items and spare parts, while working closely with factories, suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will combine operational ownership with process improvement. In practice, that means making sure quotations, orders, invoicing and shipments run smoothly, while also supporting purchasing activities in development projects and improving the way the team works. Job Description You will manage quotations, orders and invoicing, and help ensure a smooth end-to-end order management process. You will coordinate shipments and act quickly when needed to keep service levels high and operations efficient. You will work closely with factories, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep sales flows accurate and on track. You will support purchasing activities connected to development projects. You will contribute to workload sharing, improvement initiatives and practical ways of strengthening how the team works. You will create and maintain documentation that makes processes and ways of working clear and easy to follow. Requirements You have proven experience from sales, procurement or purchasing roles. You are comfortable working with quotations, order handling, invoicing and shipment coordination as part of an end-to-end order management flow. You have solid knowledge of SAP. You have experience working with PtP (Purchase to Payment). You have strong Windows Office skills. You communicate fluently in English. You work in a structured and detail-oriented way, while still seeing the bigger picture. You take responsibility, solve issues proactively and collaborate well with both internal and external stakeholders. You are able to complete a drug test before start. Nice to have Experience from a manufacturing or industrial setting. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. Swedish language skills.
