We are opening applications for our Cooperative Training Program for students seeking hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to real projects in a growing startup environment.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities will vary depending on the selected track. All interns will:

• Contribute to real projects and daily operations.
• Conduct research, analysis, documentation, and coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with different teams across the company.
• Attend virtual meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Complete assigned tasks according to agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare any reports or deliverables required by SAQR and the university.

Track-Specific Responsibilities

Accounting and Finance

• Support financial recordkeeping and expense tracking.
• Assist with budgeting, pricing, and financial analysis.
• Organize invoices and financial documents.
• Prepare basic financial reports.

Marketing

• Support content planning and campaign execution.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research.
• Assist with promoting programs, competitions, and events.
• Track and report marketing performance.

Graphic Design

• Create designs for social media, presentations, programs, and events.
• Apply SAQR’s visual identity consistently across materials.
• Adapt designs to different digital and print formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaigns.

Business Administration

• Support project coordination and operational planning.
• Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Organize company documents and internal processes.
• Support partnership and business development activities.

Industrial Engineering

• Map and improve operational processes.
• Support resource, capacity, and event planning.
• Assist with workflow documentation and performance measurement.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.

Mechatronics Engineering

• Assist with assembling, testing, and troubleshooting robots.
• Support the preparation of robotics programs and competitions.
• Document technical procedures and equipment requirements.
• Provide technical support during training programs and events when required.

Computer Science and Related Fields

• Support the development and maintenance of digital platforms and technical tools.
• Assist with programming, data organization, automation, and testing.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Document technical processes and project requirements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s degree program.
• Eligible to complete cooperative training as part of university requirements.
• Able to provide an official cooperative training letter from the university.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organization, time-management, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in common digital collaboration and productivity tools.
• Arabic proficiency is required; English proficiency is preferred.
• A portfolio is required for Graphic Design applicants.
• A project portfolio, GitHub profile, or relevant technical work is preferred for technical applicants.
