Core Responsibilities
Lead the consistency and quality assurance of media executions across the team's account portfolio. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of performance media talents. Architect campaigns according to best market practices and client needs, ensuring successful client management and adherence to SLAs. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, optimizing results to align with business objectives.
Requirements
Solid experience in creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns across various digital media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proven leadership and team management experience with a focus on individual growth plans. Ability to make independent decisions and manage complex scenarios effectively. Strong commitment to deadlines and results.
