Job Description Responsibilities Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM Build and manage relationships Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers Assist in customer problem resolution Performs other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related business careers. Around 3 years of experience in similar positions (automotive industry, marketing, sales, retail) Intermediate English Knowledge in Microsoft Office, desirable IA tools Have an active driver's license. Hybrid position Availability to make local trips. GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
