Coordinator Initial Lender and Title Delivery - US Based Remote

Key Responsibilities Review, input, and update loan information, including mortgage clauses, loan amounts, loan numbers, and lender contact details Add lender contact information within the file Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to the appropriate branch personnel or follow established escalation guidelines Update title commitments and prepare ALTA supplemental documents Generate Preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) and ALTA Settlement Statements Prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPLs) Ensure timely distribution of requested documentation to lender contacts Qualifications Previous experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or loan processing strongly preferred Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems Familiarity with ALTA documents, title commitments, and closing documentation is a plus
