Coordinator, Leadership, Learning and Performance Expressions of Interest Join a collaborative People & Capability team supporting leadership, learning and performance across the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport This is a Clerk Grade 5/6 role with a salary range of $102,936 - $113,579 per annum plus superannuation Temporary opportunity (until 31 December 2026) based in Sydney NSW - hybrid working arrangements may be available within business operational needs About The Role As the Coordinator, Leadership, Learning and Performance , you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of leadership, learning and performance initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and contribute to a high-performing and engaged workforce. Working as part of the Leadership, Learning and Performance team, you'll provide high-quality coordination, project and administrative support to ensure programs and initiatives are delivered efficiently and provide a positive experience for participants, facilitators and stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organising, coordinating and improving the way things work, while building experience in organisational development, leadership capability and workforce initiatives. You take pride in delivering high-quality customer service, building positive relationships and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. You're comfortable managing competing priorities, have strong attention to detail and enjoy finding practical ways to improve processes. You're confident using technology and business systems, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience providing project coordination and administrative support in a busy environment. Experience using Microsoft Office and learning and/or HR systems. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
