Coordinator of Volunteers

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers at KidKen School Sukkur is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing, supporting, and engaging volunteers across various school programs and initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, this role includes recruiting new volunteers, scheduling and coordinating volunteer activities, and providing training and guidance to help volunteers succeed in their roles. The coordinator will maintain clear communication with volunteers and school staff, track volunteer participation, and ensure that volunteer assignments align with program needs and organizational priorities. This position also involves assisting with community outreach efforts to build relationships with local organizations and individuals, promoting volunteer opportunities, and contributing to a positive, inclusive volunteer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong volunteer management skills, including Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training.
• Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with volunteers and staff.
• Experience or interest in Community Outreach and building relationships with external partners.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time well, and stay organized with multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with basic digital tools (email, video conferencing, spreadsheets) for coordinating and tracking volunteer activities.
• Prior experience in education, nonprofit, or community-based organizations is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to inclusivity, respect, and ethical practices in working with diverse volunteer groups.
