Platform Distribution and Partnerships is a division of NBCUniversal's media group responsible for the distribution and monetization of the company’s multi-billion-dollar linear and streaming services portfolio to pay-tv providers, NBC broadcast affiliates, consumer technology platforms and devices, and consumer brands. A key revenue-generator, the division is comprised of content distribution, affiliate relations and strategic partnerships across NBC, Peacock, Bravo, Telemundo and various FAST channels. As a Coordinator, you will: Provide support and coordination to the Strategic Partnerships team across all partnership initiatives with an emphasis on emerging technology, new media, sports and non-traditional devices Assist in preparing and organizing materials and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners Own the details behind meetings – coordinating logistics, agendas, notes, and follow-ups Research platforms, partners, and industry trends to inform strategy and support decision-making Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum one (1+) year of professional experience in media, partnerships, business development, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, CoPilot, Excel, and PowerPoint Desired Characteristics: Ability to synthesize information and to clearly articulate the “so what” Naturally curious about emerging markets, trends, technology, and business models Passionate about the media, technology and entertainment industry Solid interpersonal and organizational skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on environment A proactive, collaborative mindset Additional Requirements: Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
