À titre de Coordonnateur(trice) Personnes et culture (P&C) / Ressources humaines (RH), vous serez responsable de : Gérer l'ensemble des tâches administratives liées au cycle de vie des employés, notamment l'accueil et l'intégration, les lettres d'offre et de changement, les promotions, les démissions et tout autre mouvement de personnel, tout en assurant une expérience employé positive et en répondant aux besoins des employés et de l'entreprise. Agir à titre de principal point de contact pour les demandes des employés, en répondant de façon autonome ou en collaboration avec le ou la gestionnaire Personnes et culture, en utilisant les ressources internes appropriées et en assurant un suivi rapide et efficace. Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement pour les postes assignés, incluant l'analyse des besoins, l'affichage des postes, la recherche de candidats, la présélection, la conduite des entrevues, la préparation des offres d'emploi et la participation aux salons de l'emploi. Gérer les programmes Personnes et culture de la région, notamment le recrutement, la formation, l'accueil et l'intégration, ainsi que les départs des employés, tout en développant des relations externes afin d'attirer les meilleurs talents. Assurer l'exactitude, la confidentialité et la mise à jour des données des employés dans le système d'information des ressources humaines (SIRH – Workday), y compris les changements tout au long du cycle de vie de l'employé. Participer aux programmes, événements, communications, initiatives de gestion du changement et autres activités Personnes et culture à l'échelle de l'organisation, selon les besoins. Cette opportunité est-elle faite pour vous? Vous détenez un diplôme collégial ou universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines. Vous possédez de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines dans un rôle de coordonnateur(trice). Vous avez d'excellentes habiletés de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en français et en anglais. Vous êtes admissible à l'obtention d'une cote de sécurité de niveau Secret. Vous avez à cœur d'offrir une expérience employé positive en répondant efficacement aux besoins des employés et de l'entreprise. Vous possédez d'excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite ainsi qu'une capacité démontrée à évoluer dans un environnement en constante évolution. You as a Coordonnateur(trice) Personnes et culture/P&C (HR) Coordinator will be responsible for: Managing all administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and induction, offer and change letters, promotions, resignations, and other employee movements, while ensuring a positive employee experience and meeting the needs of both staff and the business. Acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, responding independently or in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager, utilizing appropriate internal resources and ensuring timely and effective follow-up. Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, including needs analysis, job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, preparing offers, and attending job fairs. Manage the region's People & Culture programs, including recruitment, training, onboarding, and offboarding, while developing external relationships to attract top talent. Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of employee data in the HRIS (Workday), including changes throughout the employee lifecycle. Participate in organization-wide People & Culture programs, events, communications, change management initiatives, and other P&C tasks as needed. Is this the right opportunity for you? You hold a college or university degree in Human Resources Management. 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources at a coordinator level. Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both written and verbal.
