Contract Project Manager – Microsoft Copilot Delivery - 3 months - Remote

Our client, a Microsoft Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple small to medium-sized Microsoft Copilot and AI engagements.

This role is ideal for a highly organised, methodical Project Manager who thrives on structure, process and execution. You will take ownership of the day-to-day project management discipline required to keep multiple engagements progressing, ensuring that actions, risks, dependencies and deliverables are closely managed.

This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a strategic transformation position. We are looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented who enjoys managing the “engine room” of project delivery and consistently gets the fundamentals right.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience delivering multiple small to medium-sized Microsoft technology projects, ideally Copilot AI implementations.
• Strong project planning, coordination and delivery management capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of project governance, controls and reporting.
• Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and status reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple Microsoft Copilot and AI project workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate internal teams, technical resources, customers and other stakeholders.
• Track project actions, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Maintain accurate RAID logs, status reports and project documentation.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, governance sessions and delivery updates.
• Monitor project progress against agreed scope, timelines and delivery standards.
• Identify potential delivery risks and escalate issues appropriately.
• Support resource planning and coordination across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Ensure projects comply with established PMO, governance and reporting processes.
