Copywriter

Direct Agents is looking for a Sports Copywriter to support our Creative Services team on client projects. This role is ideal for a writer with a strong grasp of the sports landscape and a deep understanding of digital marketing with a passion for crafting compelling, engaging, and effective copy. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content across various digital platforms, ensuring that our clients' messaging aligns with their goals and brand voice. This role pays $35-$40/hour, depending on experience. This role will be fully remote. Key Responsibilities: Client Projects: Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that aligns with client briefs and brand guidelines. Revise and adapt copy based on client feedback and performance data. Ensure consistency and accuracy across all written content for each client Collaborate effectively with creative teams and clients to ensure deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded. Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and new ideas for client campaigns Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment. Proven experience creating compelling copy for digital platforms (websites, social media, email, blogs, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to adapt writing style to different tones, voices, and industries. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to Have: Experience in B2B and B2C copywriting. Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of web analytics and performance metrics.
