A Day in the Life • Copywriting & Creative Execution: Research, analyze, and craft compelling, strategic copy, ensuring originality, accuracy, and synergy with art/graphics. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships with agency departments, communicate effectively, and collaborate on creative approaches. • Strategic Thinking: Understand marketing plans, objectives, and strategies, contributing innovative ideas aligned with client needs. • Quality Control: Ensure attention to detail, proofreading, and editing, maintaining consistency in delivery. • Administration: Demonstrate organized approach to daily tasks, accurately completing timesheets, expenses, and administrative duties. • Professional Development: Proactively seek growth opportunities, sharing new ideas and suggestions with supervisors. What you will need • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred). • 1+ year of experience in marketing/advertising business (preferred). • Strong writing portfolio. • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. • Attention to detail, self-editing, creativity, problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork skills. • An organized, goal-oriented work style, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 66,300 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
