Copywriter, Recruitment Marketing (Remote-based in Portugal, Poland or the Netherlands)

Are you a talented copywriter who knows how to turn words into action?

We're looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter to join our Recruitment Marketing team, helping some of the world's leading employers attract top talent through compelling digital campaigns.

In this role, you'll create high-impact content across paid media, landing pages, email, SMS, and digital advertising channels. Your words will influence candidate engagement, generate leads, and support recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple industries and regions.

What You'll Do

✅ Write engaging ad copy for paid social, search, display, and digital recruitment campaigns

✅ Develop persuasive landing page content designed to drive candidate conversions

✅ Create and optimize email and SMS nurture campaigns within our Talent Acquisition CRM

✅ Maintain brand voice while adapting messaging for diverse audiences, markets, and cultures

✅ Partner closely with Designers, Digital Marketing Specialists, and Marketing Strategists to build high-performing recruitment marketing campaigns

✅ Provide creative insight that shapes campaign strategy and candidate engagement

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields
• Strong experience writing short-form digital content focused on lead generation and conversion
• Experience developing content for PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and landing pages
• Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, regions, and cultural nuances
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or email marketing platforms
• Strong editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

• Agency or recruitment marketing experience
• Talent acquisition or employer branding experience
• SEO knowledge
• B2C marketing background
• Experience working with multilingual content
