Copywriter (CRM) | Remote | Contract
Our client in the home services industry is seeking an experienced Copywriter to support their Marketing Automation team across a portfolio of consumer brands. This role focuses primarily on creating high-volume email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
What You'll Do:
- Write compelling copy for email and SMS campaigns
- Support multiple brands with unique audiences and messaging
- Translate campaign briefs into customer-focused communications
- Maintain brand voice while driving engagement and conversions
- Leverage AI tools to create, test, and optimize marketing copy
- Partner with CRM, strategy, and marketing teams to meet campaign deadlines
Requirements:
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong background in email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience supporting multiple brands or clients simultaneously
- Proficiency using AI tools to scale content creation
- Understanding of subject lines, CTAs, personalization, and engagement strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
