About the Role
The Corporate Access & Investor Relations Senior Coordinator plays a key part in managing the company's engagement with investors and the broader capital markets community, through the coordination of investor meetings, events, communications, external service providers, and operational planning.
The role combines organizational skills, managerial acumen, and strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Investor Engagement & Scheduling
- Coordinate non-deal roadshows, conference schedules, and investor meetings with brokers, banks, and investors across key geographies.
- Manage the team’s IR calendar, ensuring strategic prioritization of investor access and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare investor intelligence, agendas and itineraries for investor meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
Investor Targeting & Relationship Support
- Assist in investor targeting initiatives, leveraging shareholder analysis and broker insights.
- Research investor profiles to prepare briefings for management and Board members.
Event Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of investor days, earnings calls, and capital markets events, ensuring high-quality logistics and delivery.
- Oversee the setup of virtual and hybrid events, ensuring smooth technology integration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers and partners.
Budget Management & Third-Party Coordination
- Own the tracking, forecasting, reporting, and administration of the Investor Relations budget, ensuring effective cost control and transparency.
- Lead relationships with all third-party IR service providers, including conference organizers, analytics platforms, design agencies, and consultants.
- Support negotiation of contracts and monitor service quality to ensure value for the company.
Reporting & Communication Support
- Collaborate with the IR team to prepare and review market reporting and communication materials, including quarterly earnings presentations, scripts, and press releases.
- Manage and update the Investor Relations website content, ensuring timely alignment with the company’s corporate narrative and strategic messaging.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading annual reports, sustainability disclosures, and investor presentations, ensuring high editorial and visual standards.
Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain and update the investor CRM database with meeting outcomes and feedback in coordination with the members of the IR team.
- Support preparation of analytics and reports on investor engagement, market feedback, and shareholder trends for management and the Board.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Finance, Communications, Legal, and Sustainability teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in messaging.
- Support and curate internal governance processes related to investor disclosures and external communications.
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing and Communication, or a related field.
Languages
- English: Advanced (Must-have)
- Spanish: Advanced (Valuable)
- Any other Cellnex language: Intermediate (Valuable)
Tools & Systems
- MS Office: Advanced (Must-have)
- IR platforms (Ipreo, FactSet, Bloomberg): Basic (Valuable)
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, Executive Support, Financial Services, Event Management, or a comparable corporate environment.
Other relevant Skills or Characteristic
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good numerical and data analysis skills to support budget management and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact confidently with external and internal stakeholders.
- Professional, discreet, and reliable, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
