Corporate Communications & PR Manager About INPUT INPUT is a global communications agency representing leading companies across crypto, fintech, AI, gaming, and emerging technology. We're looking for a Corporate Communications & PR Manager to lead INPUT's corporate communications strategy and strengthen the visibility of the company and its founders. This role will own executive communications, thought leadership, company PR, newsletters, awards, and corporate messaging while collaborating closely with the Events Lead and Internal Social Media Manager. Responsibilities Corporate Communications Develop and execute INPUT's corporate communications strategy. Own the company's external messaging and brand narrative. Draft company announcements, press releases, newsletters, and corporate updates. Ensure consistent messaging across all external communications. Executive & Founder PR Develop personal branding strategies for INPUT's founders and leadership team. Secure media interviews, podcast appearances, contributed articles, and speaking opportunities. Draft LinkedIn content, thought leadership pieces, keynote messaging, and executive communications. Manage founder media requests and external communications. Awards & Industry Recognition Research and manage award opportunities for INPUT and its leadership team. Prepare and submit award nominations. Maintain a calendar of industry awards, rankings, and recognition opportunities. Corporate Content & Thought Leadership Own INPUT's corporate newsletter and company updates. Develop thought leadership campaigns around company milestones, market insights, and industry trends. Work closely with the Internal Social Media Manager to translate corporate announcements into engaging social content. Maintain a communications calendar for newsletters, announcements, founder content, awards, and thought leadership. Events & Industry Visibility Work alongside the Events Lead to maximize PR opportunities around conferences and company events. Support conference speaker submissions, award entries, media outreach, and post-event communications. Coordinate press opportunities, interviews, and executive visibility around key industry events. Help ensure INPUT has a strong presence before, during, and after conferences. Media Relations Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and industry partners. Monitor industry news and identify opportunities for proactive commentary and thought leadership. Track media coverage and prepare regular reporting on corporate PR initiatives. Requirements 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, executive communications, or a similar role. Exceptional written and verbal English. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills. Experience building executive or founder brands. Experience securing media, podcast, and speaking opportunities. Highly organized with excellent project management skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, social media, and events teams. Ability to take ownership and proactively identify opportunities to increase INPUT's visibility. Nice to Have Experience in crypto, fintech, AI, Web3, or emerging technology. Existing relationships with journalists, conference organizers, podcast hosts, or award bodies. Agency experience. Success in This Role Position INPUT and its founders as leading voices in emerging technology. Increase corporate media coverage, speaking opportunities, award recognition, and thought leadership. Deliver consistent, high-quality corporate communications across all channels.
