Opportunity Type: Regular Summary: The Corporate Development Manager (CDM) serves as a key relationship and project management partner within our Corporate Partnerships team. Reporting to the Regional Director of Corporate Partnership Management, you'll lead the implementation and day-to-day management of corporate partnerships, ensuring every commitment is executed successfully and delivers meaningful results. In this role, you'll collaborate across Habitat teams, corporate partners, affiliates, and stakeholders to manage projects, stewardship activities, reporting, events, and operational processes that support partnership growth, renewal, and long-term success. You will help steward and grow relationships with leading corporate partners whose support fuels housing, community development, advocacy, and disaster response efforts. Your work will ensure that partnership commitments are fulfilled, donor investments are maximized, and meaningful impact is delivered to communities around the world. Your Impact As a Corporate Development Manager, you'll serve as a trusted partner to corporate donors and internal stakeholders, helping transform corporate commitments into measurable results. Success in this role means delivering exceptional partnership experiences, managing complex projects with confidence, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring partners clearly see the impact of their support. Through your work, you'll help strengthen long-term relationships that advance Habitat's mission and expand opportunities for families in need of affordable housing. Location and Travel You can choose the work style that fits you best. This role is open to candidates across the United States and offers both remote and hybrid options. Hybrid team members have the opportunity to collaborate in person at our office in Atlanta, GA. This role requires 15% travel for conferences, partner engagement events, and team gatherings in Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities Lead Corporate Partnership Implementation *Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned corporate partnerships. Ensure partnership commitments, deliverables, and timelines are successfully fulfilled. *Coordinate cross-functional teams to support partnership goals and objectives. *Serve as a professional ambassador for Habitat in all partner interactions. Collaborate Across Teams *Partner with Corporate Development Officers to support fundraising strategies and revenue goals. *Conduct research and help develop partnership proposals and implementation plans. *Work closely with Finance, Communications, Legal, program teams, affiliates, and other stakeholders. Manage Projects and Operations *Oversee project plans, documentation, and operational processes. *Maintain partnership information within CRM systems, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and other tools. *Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and briefing materials, and document key action items. *Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and partnership activities. Monitor Performance and Deliver Reporting *Track partnership results and stewardship activities. *Lead the creation of donor impact and stewardship reports. *Coordinate financial reporting, invoices, pledge monitoring, and fund notifications. *Ensure partners receive timely and professional updates demonstrating the impact of their support. Support Events and Engagement Opportunities *Serve as project lead for assigned partner participation in Habitat-sponsored events. *Coordinate logistics and communications related to partnership engagement activities. *Help connect partners to meaningful opportunities that deepen their relationship with Habitat. Must Have Qualifications *Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. *At least 2 years of experience in fundraising and/or project management. *Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. *Strong customer service and relationship management skills. *Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities. *Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. *Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. *Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. *Experience using business systems and tools such as CRM platforms, Smartsheet, or similar technologies. Nice to Have Qualifications *4+ years of experience in fundraising and/or project management. *Experience working in a nonprofit and/or corporate environment. *Fundraising, major customer/donor support experience. *Project management certification. Hiring Range: The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance.
