This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, driving revenue, and enhancing market presence. The Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to identify growth opportunities and drive sustainable business growth. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives. Identify new market opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and define strategic priorities to drive business growth. Business Development: Lead business development efforts to expand market share and revenue streams. Cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to capitalize on growth opportunities and enhance the organization's competitive position. Innovation and New Product Development: Drive innovation initiatives to develop and launch new products, services, and solutions that address evolving customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with R&D, product management, and marketing teams to bring innovative offerings to market. Market Expansion: Drive initiatives to enter new markets, geographies, and customer segments. Conduct market research and analysis to assess market potential, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Optimize sales processes, channels, and go-to-market strategies to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency. Organizational Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the growth office team and cross-functional stakeholders. Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against growth objectives. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with growth initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies. COMPETENCIES: Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies that drive business results. Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Ability to foster a culture of innovation and drive new product and service development. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business issues and develop strategic solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering value to the organization. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience. 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, and executive leadership roles. Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in a competitive environment. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives. Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organization and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions. Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance. Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
