The role Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles Supporting month-end reporting and BU management reporting pack s Producing insight and commentary on variances, trends, and risks Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making Work closely with business leaders and IT, be the go-to-person for SW Capitalization process Responsible for Japan Entrustment process What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance , Mathematics, Economics Proven experience in Cor p FP&A , c ommercial f inance or analytical roles Strong modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to build clean, scalable, and insightful models Business acumen and solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills; A bility to translate data into clear insights and action items to drive business decisions Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across multiple teams, build strong relationships and support decision ‑ making . High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Support the strategic business initiatives and participate in ad hoc projects as needed, conducting deep-dive analyses of various business topics Change/Growth mindset Sense of ownership and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Bonus: Ability to leverage AI tooling to automate the mundane and focus on the "why" Prior experience supporting engineering function in Tech industry preferred (not essential) Recent experience using Oracle #LI-MM3 About us We’re a global team of innovators.
