Job Responsibilities & Requirements Summary: As a member of the Global FP&A team, the Corporate Financial Analyst will collaborate with FP&A Business Partners and Regional Finance teams across the organization. Key responsibilities include establishing global financial reporting standards, developing detailed financial analyses to support strategic discussions, and reviewing month-end, budget, and forecast results. This role will work closely with finance teams to validate financial performance and understand the underlying business narrative driving results. What You Will Do: Support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes by identifying trends, risks, and variances that do not align with business performance narratives or strategic objectives. Partner with finance leaders to understand underlying drivers and provide actionable insights. Continuously enhance data collection, reporting, and visualization processes to improve accessibility, transparency, and decision-making for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the FP&A Business Partner team to develop standardized reporting for Global Function Operating Expenses, supporting strategic planning, business case development, and decision-making. Partner with Regional Finance teams to establish standardized reporting for Gross Profit, including Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Regional Function Operating Expenses. Partner with FP&A team to help develop expertise globally in financial systems and reporting tools. Serve as the primary backup for key processes and responsibilities. Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish an annual finance calendar of key deliverables and develop monthly roadmaps that align expectations across the Global Finance organization. Qualifications Bachelors Finance required or Bachelor’s related Field required 4+ Years’ Experience in financial planning & analysis roles or similar roles Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex financial analyses. Experience with ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, OneStream). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications Ability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers. Experience in translating financial results into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve finance processes and reporting preferred. Additional Requirements 5% travel may be required. Physical Demands This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. This role may need to access areas within the building that are undergoing renovations which may contain jobsite hazards. Occasionally this role will be required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
