As an expanding leader in aesthetic medical education and customized compounding solutions, we are seeking a strategic Corporate Lawyer based in the Philippines to safeguard our business operations, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, proactive Corporate Lawyer to handle our Philippine legal affairs remotely. You will act as primary legal counsel, managing corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment matters, intellectual property, and regulatory oversight (specifically interfacing with regulatory frameworks like the Philippine FDA for healthcare and cosmetic products).
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance & Compliance: Handle SEC filings, corporate secretarial duties, board resolutions, and ensure overall compliance with Philippine corporate and tax laws.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), partnership deals, and practitioner training waivers.
Regulatory Oversight: Advise on legal risks and compliance requirements related to health, cosmetic product compounding, and Philippine FDA regulations in coordination with our pharmacy team.
Intellectual Property Protection: Safeguard Mystik Grove’s brand assets, proprietary training materials, curriculum content, and trademarks.
Employment & HR Legal Advisory: Ensure employment contracts, contractor agreements, and workplace policies conform with DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws.
Qualifications:
Education & Bar Admission: Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with active admission to the Philippine Bar.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, or regulatory compliance (experience in healthcare, pharma, aesthetics, or e-learning is a major plus).
Skills: Strong contract drafting capabilities, excellent business acumen, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
