Get ready to Advise on local and cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings Conduct legal due diligence and help identify and assess key legal risks Draft and review transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and other corporate instruments Contribute to transaction structuring and support deals from inception through signing and closing Serve as a point of reference for colleagues on corporate law and governance matters Coordinate with international law firms, financial and tax advisers, and other transaction parties Participate in negotiations and client meetings, with growing ownership over transaction workstreams Contribute to the team's institutional knowledge and support business development efforts We expect you to Have 2-3 years of professional experience in Corporate Law, M&A, or another transactional legal practice Hold a university degree in Law Have demonstrated experience and genuine interest in M&A transactions, corporate law, and investment structures Be familiar with legal due diligence processes and drafting corporate and transaction documentation Bring an analytical mindset, translating legal and commercial complexity into practical, business-oriented solutions Take a proactive, detail-oriented approach, with ambition to take on increasing responsibility over time Work well collaboratively, comfortable alongside colleagues and advisers across multiple jurisdictions Communicate excellently, in writing and verbally, in both English and Lithuanian Have a strong command of Lithuanian corporate law and its practical application Be intellectually curious, with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients Salary Gross salary range is 5000-6300 EUR/month. Location We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
