About the Role: We are seeking a UK-based Corporate Nominee Director to support the setup of a UK bank account and ensure ongoing corporate compliance. This is a part-time, non-operational role with minimal involvement, ideal for someone looking for a low-commitment professional appointment. Key Responsibilities: Remotely assist with signing documentation related to the bank account opening process. Maintain nominal involvement in corporate compliance as required. Time Commitment: Initial setup may require 1–2 hours in the first month. Ongoing responsibilities are light and infrequent—often just a few minutes per month, and occasionally no action needed.
