Corporate Quality Business Process Owner | SAP QM

We are looking for a Corporate Quality Business Process Owner (SAP QM) for a leading multinational industrial company with operations in more than 150 countries.

Reporting to the Corporate Commercial Quality Manager, this newly created role sits within the Corporate Quality organization and operates in a global environment, acting as a key link between Quality, business teams, IT and external SAP partners.

The position will play a key role in the standardization, continuous improvement and digitalization of global Quality Management processes, with a strong focus on SAP QM and its integration with manufacturing, sales and customer-related processes.

🎯The Role

The position combines three main areas of responsibility:

• Global Projects & SAP Roll-outs: contributing to the deployment and evolution of the corporate SAP QM solution across different countries and business units.
• Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: defining global standards, identifying improvement opportunities and harmonizing Quality processes across the organization.
• Adoption, Training & Functional Support: supporting users, coordinating workshops and training, and ensuring successful adoption of processes and solutions.

⚒️Key Responsibilities

• Define, document and continuously improve global Quality Management processes.
• Act as a functional reference for SAP QM, particularly its integration with manufacturing, sales and customer-related processes.
• Participate in global SAP QM roll-outs, from requirements gathering and solution definition to testing, deployment and adoption.
• Translate Quality and business needs into functional requirements, acting as the main interface with IT teams and external SAP consultants.
• Manage and prioritize change requests, coordinating testing, implementation and user adoption.
• Support the implementation of corporate solutions and applications integrated with SAP for Customer, Production and Supplier Quality.
• Contribute to the standardization and digitalization of customer incident and non-conformity management.
• Coordinate and support Quality Key Users across different countries and business units.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and coaching for end users.
• Support the definition and monitoring of Quality KPIs.
• Promote best practices, process harmonization and continuous improvement across the organization.

🔎What we are looking for

We are open to professionals coming from two different backgrounds:

• A Quality / Manufacturing professional with strong SAP QM knowledge and experience as a Business Process Owner, Process Coach, Key User or similar role.
• A SAP QM Functional Consultant with experience in industrial environments who is interested in moving closer to the business and taking ownership of global Quality processes.

⭐Requirements

• Around 5–7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP QM.
• Good understanding of the integration of Quality processes with SAP SD and MM.
• Experience with Quality Management processes linked to manufacturing and sales, particularly quality inspections, incidents and non-conformities.
• Experience participating in SAP projects, roll-outs, process standardization or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to gather functional requirements and work effectively with IT teams and external consultants.
• Experience coordinating workshops, training and change/adoption activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working in international and/or complex industrial organizations.
• Fluent English.

Experience in automotive, manufacturing, engineering or other complex industrial environments will be particularly valuable. Candidates coming from leading SAP or transformation consulting firms with strong SAP QM experience are also welcome.
