How You'll Create Impact In support with the VP, leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Annual Strategic Planning Process Partner with senior leadership, group strategy teams, and business leaders to define enterprise strategic priorities Lead high-impact strategy projects in support of the CEO, Leadership Team, businesses, regions, and functions Conduct competitive, market, and trend assessments to inform strategic choices and opportunity areas Perform strategic and financial analysis to support market landscaping, prioritization, and long-range decision-making Translate complex findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations for executive decision-making Apply strategic frameworks to assess business issues, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable solutions Leads enterprise-level strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional alignment, execution, and accountability Support key operating mechanisms that communicate strategic priorities and track progress against major initiatives Build strong partnerships across commercial, clinical, regulatory, operations, and finance functions May lead, coach, and develop team members, where applicable What Makes You Stand Out Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level strategy initiatives in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or adjacent industries Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into practical recommendations Excellent analytical capabilities, including synthesizing market, competitive, and financial information into clear insights Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across a matrixed organization Strong communication and facilitation skills, including presenting to executive and senior leadership audiences Leadership presence with experience driving cross-functional initiatives, with or without direct reporting authority Strong business and financial acumen Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage competing priorities with a bias toward action and results Hands-on, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible Your Background Preferred Qualification: MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline Preferred Qualification: 12+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or management consulting within life sciences, MedTech, healthcare, or adjacent industries Preferred Qualification: Previous MedTech experience and strong understanding of business strategy and market dynamics Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 11 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 13 years of relevant experience AMER Physical Requirements Travel Expectations Up to 30% This position has an expected annual salary of $212,000-$265,000 + bonus and additional earning opportunities.
